Job Description
As a Senior IT Technical Support Engineer, you will be providing Level 2-3 Technical Support to Enterprise users of Servers, Email Hosting, assisting with maintenance and deployment of new Server and networking hardware, supporting clients onsite and managing tickets using the company's chosen IT ticketing tool. You will also coordinate and communicate with IT management.
Responsibilities:
· To provide IT technical assistance to clients for products & services offered by TeamCloud.
· To provide guidance to clients for IT products & services offered by TeamCloud.
· To troubleshoot IT errors related to hosting services (Windows & Linux).
· To monitor servers' performances.
· To ensure servers are working on optimum performance.
· To reply to clients via Helpdesk.
· To answer and reply to phone calls on Technical related issues.
· To perform weekly & monthly server maintenance.
