Senior it technical recruiter – latam based

Aptonet Inc. is seeking experienced Senior IT Technical Recruiters to join our world-class recruiting team. This role is based in Latin America (LATAM) and will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent. You will recruit LATAM-based candidates for U. S.-based companies and also support U. S.-based recruiting efforts for our U. S. clients. Our recruiting team builds the foundation of our clients' success by connecting them with extraordinary talent who share our vision and values. What We Look For 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment. Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles. Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals. Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
