Colleagues across every function rely on the systems and infrastructure this team manages day to day, and as BLC continues to grow at pace, the demands on IT Ops are growing with it. This is a team that takes real ownership of what it looks after, and it's looking for someone who feels the same way.

The Senior IT Systems Engineer sits at the heart of that operation, covering everything from Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration to complex networking, endpoint management, and security. Around half the time is spent on BAU work including patching, maintenance, and escalated support from mid-level engineers.
