Senior IT Systems Administrator

Located in downtown Calgary and reporting to the IT Manager, this role is for a customer-focused Senior IT Systems Administrator responsible for incident management, service requests, maintenance, and projects supporting Shareworks by enterprise data centre infrastructure. The role involves supporting and monitoring two data centre locations, handling escalations from multiple service desk levels, and ensuring reliable operations within a 24x7x365 environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise in network, server, and storage administration, along with leadership in mentoring and implementing enterprise IT initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure reliable, efficient operation of production data centre infrastructure and services with 24x7x365 uptime.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain data centre infrastructure systems.
