Job Description

We are seeking an on-site experienced L2 Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support for our Client’s IT infrastructure in the pharmaceutical industry.


Core IT Support


  • Provide second-level technical support for users; troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Manage Active Directory (user lifecycle, GPO, security groups, access control)
  • Implement and monitor network security and switching
  • Deploy and manage MDM solutions for corporate and BYOD devices
  • Configure and maintain Windows Server environments (patching, security optimization)
  • Execute backup and disaster recovery operations & storage systems; monitor performance and capacity
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (mailbox, user accounts, email configuration)
  • Lead IT projects end-to-end; manage timelines and resources
