The Sr IT Specialist will support application development, workflow automation, system integration, and modernization initiatives. This role works closely with stakeholders and Agile teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions, particularly within State and Government healthcare environments. Requirement/Must Have: Experience configuring and building complex workflow automation applications using low-code/no-code platforms. Experience developing custom objects, workflows, validations, business rules, and trigger notifications. Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and processes. Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, tools, and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
