We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with strong expertise in sourcing and headhunting for niche and senior-level IT roles.

Experience: 5–7 Years

Location: Kochi

Key Highlights:

  • 5–7 years of IT recruitment experience
  • Strong experience in hiring Senior technical & leadership roles
  • Expertise in proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
  • Hands-on knowledge of IT skills (Java, Flutter, Cloud, Data Engineers, Architects, etc.)
  • Exposure to HR operations & Onboarding coordination
  • Experience in Fintech / IT Services is an added advantage
