Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Proactively generate and book qualified sales meetings with decision-makers through outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
  • Achieve monthly targets for meetings booked and qualified opportunities generated.
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities aligned with the company’s BPO, IT, and digital transformation services.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for corporate clients, SMEs, and multinational organizations.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, tailor pitches, and identify high‑potential leads.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach and lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
