• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource availability.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor milestones, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Facilitate recurring project status meetings and stakeholder discussions while providing clear communication on project progress and roadblocks.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, financial updates, budget tracking, and gap analysis reporting for leadership teams.
• Coordinate activities across business and technical teams to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and project objectives are achieved.
• Track project actions between status meetings, following up with stakeholders to drive accountability and timely resolution of open items.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reporting artifacts within Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
