Job Description

  • Own performance measurement and metrics program and use for strategic leadership discussions.

  • Maintain a master inventory of initiatives (programs, projects, and other work requiring executive visibility), including the attributes needed for portfolio analysis and reporting.

  • Lead end-to-end portfolio prioritization and sequencing (annual planning + as new initiatives enter the portfolio), with focus on allocating resources to highest-value work.

  • Lead and be accountable for the Integrated Plan for executive milestone reporting, what-if scenario development, and benefit realization scheduling.

  • Build reports, presentations, and insights enabling exec leadership to select/approve/fund the right initiatives.
