We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Operations Support Specialist to join our IT 3rd Level Support Team in Aarhus. Here, you will ensure that IT runs smoothly for colleagues across the organisation, providing expert support and making a tangible impact every day.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
You will join a dedicated, international team working from Denmark, Germany and Poland. The team supports all 30 JYSK countries and handles IT tasks that go beyond the 1st and 2nd line support. You will contribute to solving tasks, identifying larger issues, and supporting the IT Operations and Security department.
