Job Overview

The IT Operations Engineer (AVP), is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and enhancing the organization's IT Infrastructure. Working as an IT Operations Engineer, you will ensure high availability, reliability, and security of systems, networks and applications.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure and System Management

  • Manage and support Linux and Windows environments to ensure stability and performance.
  • Perform routine system monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
  • Administer virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware) for optimal resource utilization.
  • Manage container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift) for scalable deployments.

Network & Security Operations

  • Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and security policies.
