  • Provide first-level and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

  • Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets and resolve technical issues effectively.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.

  • Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and system upgrades.

  • Ensure IT security protocols are followed and assist with troubleshooting security-related issues.

  • Document technical processes and provide user training as required.
