Senior IT Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure & Cloud Management

Lead and manage on-premise and cloud infrastructure (Azure / AWS).

Oversee Nutanix AHV, VMware vSphere clusters, storage, and hyper-converged systems.

Implement scalability, backup, DR, and high-availability strategies for business continuity.

Optimize cost, performance, and security across cloud resources.

2. Office 365 & Enterprise Applications

Manage Office 365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Security & Compliance Center.

Oversee identity and access management (IAM), MFA, conditional access, and role-based access controls.

Handle email lifecycle, data retention, and eDiscovery requirements.

3. IT Security & Compliance

Ensure compliance with ISO 27001:2022, including documentation, risk assessment, audits, and corrective actions.
