Stefanini, Inc. in Pasay, Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to provide senior help desk and deskside support in a fast-paced environment.

You will answer calls, emails and live chats, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, document resolutions, contribute to knowledge articles, and escalate problems when needed. A 24x7 shift schedule is required and ServiceNow experience is a plus.
