10Pearls is seeking a Senior Manager – IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to strengthen governance, risk management, compliance, and control frameworks across enterprise technology environments. Lead risk assessments, oversee audits, and drive regulatory readiness while coordinating with stakeholders globally.

You will manage GRC programs, monitor controls, and report on risk trends, escalating issues as needed.
