This organisation is a market leader in manufacturing industrial explosives. As they embark on enhancing their IT operations and procedures, they are looking for a senior IT exec to join their team in Petaling Jaya.

Your new role

In this role, you will provide technical support for hardware, applications, and network issues, handle application installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, and maintain system performance and IT infrastructure. You will also train users and create documentation, collaborate with IT team members, and communicate with departments to understand their IT needs.
