Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
End-User Support & Systems Administration
- Provide technical support for all hardware, software, and network issues.
- Administer and maintain our Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Manage the lifecycle of endpoints (laptops, mobile devices), including provisioning, patching, security, and troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation, user guides, and IT policies.
Security, Compliance, & Backup Management
- Implement and monitor core security measures: endpoint protection, multifactor authentication (MFA), conditional access policies, and user security training.
- Own the backup and disaster recovery processes for critical Microsoft 365 data (Email, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Proactively monitor systems for threats and vulnerabilities, leading the response to security alerts or system outages. <...
