Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for SCCM as a subject matter expert for Windows operating systems and knowledgeable of JAMF that manages Apple Endpoint systems, processes, and services for Dolby with a high focus on maintaining the stability, security, and productivity of corporate endpoint systems and endpoint infrastructure. You will be responsible for performing research, conducting assessments, recommending solutions, and implementing enhancements to the corporate endpoint systems and endpoint infrastructure environments. You will maintain, administer, and troubleshooting high level endpoint issues related to (but not limited to) endpoint technologies, network, endpoint systems, endpoint backups and MS Office suite on a day-to-day basis.
