Senior IT Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure & Security Engineer to join our remote IT team as an Independent Contractor. This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced professional who can handle advanced troubleshooting, manage and improve IT infrastructures, and ensure the stability, security, and scalability of both internal systems and client environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Tier 3 remote troubleshooting for network, hardware, and software issues
• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud environments
• Administer servers, user accounts, permissions, and security policies
