Senior IT Analyst

Gsource is looking for a hands-on Senior IT Analyst / infrastructure SME to manage and stabilize local IT infrastructure, service desk operations, and IT facilities. This role will take ownership of end-user computing, network reliability, surveillance systems, and IT asset governance while ensuring day-to-day operational stability of the Pune office. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, process-oriented, and capable of independently managing local IT operations. 6-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure/Service Desk/System Administration. Strong hands-on experience in windows server, Active Directory, and domain management. Experience in firewall and antivirus policy management. Knowledge of backup and recovery planning.
