About the Role

As the Senior Industrial Relations Advisor, you will work closely with the IR Manager and broader IR Team, providing expert industrial relations advice and support across the project. You will be instrumental in assisting to manage subcontractor employee mobilisation, compliance, and resolving industrial relations matters. Your proactive approach will help foster a positive workplace culture, aligned with SPARK NEL D&C’s Culture Charter and Mantras.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Performance: Assist the IR Manager and supervisors with managing ROE processes, provide timely industrial relations advice, and resolve disputes and grievances

  • Leadership: Assist with the development of a high-performing team, maintaining visibility across the workplace, and mentoring staff to inspire a motivated and accountable workforce
