As a fundamental pillar of the platform, Personalization works to provide a tailor-made experience for each of our users to make their ordering process simpler and smoother.
The team is responsible for two key areas:
Key Data Capturing: Capture user behaviors and selections as an input to data-driven decisions.
Provide a magical and unique user experience: using the data captured, transform it into a custom-made user experience that drives our users into a simpler selection by finding the right thing at the right moment in the different stages of the order placement process.
By combining a strong user experience focus with backend robustness, Personalization is key team as it works as an enabler for multiple teams, ensuring operational stability across the platform.
