Rocket Lab is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to shape the future of ion propulsion systems, supporting from early R&D to scaled manufacturing and delivery to orbit. You will work across design, testing, process development, and manufacturing optimisation to enable reliable propulsion at scale.

You will collaborate with Avionics teams, contribute across a diverse portfolio, and drive quality, validation, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, international environment.
