Responsibilities


Systems Administration & User Support

  • Administer inventory-related applications and business systems, including both trade and non-trade systems
  • Support user registration and access administration
  • Resolve user access issues and coordinate system-related concerns
  • Provide first-level support for inventory system users
  • Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Document new business processes and workflow improvements
  • Prepare operational memoranda and implementation guidelines
  • Recommend process enhancements that improve efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls


Training & Capability Building

  • Conduct inventory process training for Operations
