The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) seeks a Senior Interoperability Test Systems Engineer to design and build the foundational conformance and testing framework for the critical ADatP-5658 standard. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you will define conformance criteria, architect a test reference system, and develop functional prototypes and components to be integrated into NATO's INSPECT platform. Your work will directly enable interoperability validation during major NATO exercises like CWIX 2026.
Responsibilities:
Develop conformance criteria for the ADatP-5658 standard.
Ensure all conformance criteria provide full coverage of ADatP-5658 and consistent with the standard and the agreed format.
Establish a comprehensive understanding of ADatP-5658 intended use cases.
