Job description

In this role you will support the inST Italy Regional Head Internal Communication, in the development of internal communications and employee engagement activities aimed at spreading the company culture and vision, as well as in delivering of internal Business communication strategy.

You will be part of the Global Internal Communications team, with a focus on developing and delivering internal communication strategies and contents for Italy Region.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

· Support the deployment of internal communications strategies and employee engagement campaigns;

· Pursue an integrated communication approach, leveraging a multi-channel ecosystem (i.e. internal social media, digital signage, intranet, videos, newsletters, e-mails, posters, podcasts), and creating engaging contents;
