An established Architecture and Interior Design firm located in the heart of downtown Chicago is looking to add a Senior Interior Designer to their team!
Job Description
+ Develop interior design solutions that meet client goals
+ Participates in the coordination process with consultants, MEP, etc.
+ Coordinates and oversees the work of interior design project team members
+ Provides mentorship to junior team members
+ Participates in client meetings
+ Creates plans and 3D renderings, assembles presentation drawings, and finish boards
+ Responsible for construction documentation and quality checking their own work and work of team members
+ Participates in the submittal process (addenda sketches, drawing revisions)
+ Assists with the permitting process
+ Participates in punch-list walk throughs
