Senior Interior Designer

Our client is a fast growing Property & Construction Co.

Key Scopes

• Develop detailed drawings and plans for interior design projects, including layouts, elevations, sections, and details.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to understand project requirements and design concepts.
• Create and update CAD drawings based on project needs and revisions.
• Ensure that all drawings comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and residential and commercial property standards.
• To operate computer for drafting engineering, products, drawings and copying existing drawings in Vectorworks, Sketchup, 2D, 3D, Solid Works and AutoDesk Inventor.
• Work with project team on design briefings, revisions, developing solutions to resolve design matters and to meet within the given budget and deadline.
