Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Interior Design team, ensuring quality outputs and timely delivery.
  • Review and approve design concepts, layouts, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and installation teams to align designs with client needs and budgets.
  • Join client meetings and provide technical/design support.
  • Ensure compliance with safety codes, company standards, and design trends.
  • Monitor team performance and prepare regular activity reports.

Work Conditions

  • Office-based with site and production visits.
  • May require extended hours to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 4–5 years’ design experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
