Senior Interaction Designer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape intuitive, delightful experiences for modern AI-driven digital products. You will analyze target users, their goals, and workflows to design optimized, trustworthy interactions that turn complex AI capabilities into clear, usable value. In this role, you’ll collaborate with product owners, data scientists, engineers, and researchers to gather insights, conduct generative and evaluative user research, and translate findings into end-to-end design solutions that enhance usability and deliver a genuine “wow” experience.

You'll work in an iterative design process across discovery, prototyping, and validation, ensuring user needs are integrated throughout the development cycle.
