• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of applications within Intune: integration, testing, qualification, and deployment.
• Support onboarding of devices and user profiles using Autopilot and Intune.
• Provide Level 3 (L3) support, investigating and resolving complex technical issues and major incidents.
• Perform bug analysis and fixes to ensure system stability and performance.
• Develop new features or configurations as needed to improve device management or user experience.
• Deploy and maintain application packages and configurations, including VPN and WIP setups.
