Senior Instructional Designer

As an Instructional Designer, you'll partner across the organization to create highly effective learning solutions using sound instructional design and adult learning principles. You will work in a fast-paced environment that demands high quality and creativity.

What you'll Do

• Communicate with leaders across Adobe to analyze and understand enablement needs, and design curriculum to meet those needs
• Design, develop and maintain on-demand enablement, including but not limited to eLearning, labs, job aids, assessments
• Lead complex training development projects independently and with minimal guidance
• Ensure content quality as it relates to effective learning design, consistency, accuracy, instructional language, and relevance to audience requirements

What you need to succeed

• 3-plus-years of instructional design experience in software and/or sales. Masters / Bachelors ...
