Senior Insight Analyst – Retailer Customer Success Team
Senior Insight Analyst needed to support a large UK retailer in West Yorkshire. The role involves collaborating with the client and NIQ team, analysing Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS / RMS) data, and delivering actionable insights to drive growth.
Salary: 36,400 GBP – 40,000 GBP gross per year (placement based on experience, skills and internal equity). NIQ is committed to equal pay and gender‑neutral remuneration decisions.
Key accountabilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client and internal stakeholders
- Identify key client business issues and translate them into analytical briefs
- Deliver outstanding analysis and insights to the client
- Contribute to ongoing training and development of people and capabilities
- Develop and execute account plans to support client business objectives
