Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our support team in a hands‑on technical role focused on infrastructure operations, escalations, systems support, and network administration. This position is intended for a senior technical engineer with broad experience across systems, networking, security, and infrastructure deployment. The role requires active participation in daily support operations, including troubleshooting, incident response, hardware deployment, and maintenance of business‑critical infrastructure.
