Key Responsibilities:

User Support & Help Desk Operations

• Be the first line of IT support for hardware, software, and network issues (on-site & remote).
• Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure efficient resolution.
• Administer user accounts, passwords, and access rights.
• Support onboarding processes by setting up workstations and accounts.
• Provide Microsoft Office application support.

Systems & Network Administration

• Perform routine checks and maintenance of servers and critical infrastructure.
• Conduct server room inspections and manage server health.
• Monitor switches, routers, and Wi-Fi systems.
