Lutron’s Gurgaon team is seeking a technically driven professional to lead our Salesforce support team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to solve complex business challenges and deliver high-quality resolutions supporting the business with Salesforce. You’ll collaborate closely with a team of skilled Computer Science and IT professionals, contributing to innovative projects that support our global operations and enhance the customer experience. 


Responsibilities

As a Senior Information Technology Specialist at Lutron you will:

  • Work across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, Marketing, B2B Commerce, Revenue Cloud and Field Service
  • Interact with users across various Lutron business units and regions, solving their Salesforce-specific technical issues and providing new features to improve business processes
