Job Description
Location: Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras and Colombia
Work Schedule: Full-time / Exact schedule to be determined, but requires full availability
As a Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in resolving complex technical issues that require in-depth knowledge of systems and applications. You will provide remote support for customers while ensuring outstanding service quality. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to IT problem-solving.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Windows Servers (2012/2016/2019), Active Directory, and Group Policies.
- Administer Exchange & Office 365 accounts and resolve email-related issues.
