About the opportunity
Join a highly influential Industrial Relations team at Australia Post, where you'll play a key role in shaping enterprise-wide workforce outcomes across one of Australia's largest and most complex organisations. Working closely with senior leaders and executives, unions and key business stakeholders, you'll help drive strategic bargaining, workforce reform and industrial relations initiatives that support business performance, manage risk and deliver positive outcomes for employees and the organisation.
