Responsibilities

  • Proposals for changes in layout and / or new process.
  • Apply and implement lean manufacturing techniques on the continuous improvement projects.
  • Safety and ergonomics analysis.
  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing process.
  • Coordinate equipment delivery to production.
  • Analysis activities for customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Professional degree: Aerospace Eng., Mechatronics Eng., or similar
  • Experience in machining processes, data management, power BI
  • +5 year of experience in projects or similar positions
  • Strong communication skills, Teamwork, discipline commitment and punctuality
  • Results-oriented and execution. Presentations and good communication skills 80% English level
  • CATIA, Autocad, Lean Manufacturing knowledge. Demonstrated experience in the usage of lean tools as 5'S, RPS, VSM.
