Architect with around 12-15years of experience in Pharma and FMCG Projects (consumer goods projects of all types)

Develop Master Plan for Industrial sites inclusive of Site analysis, site zoning, accessibility, comply with statutory requirements and safety

Develop Architectural building design concepts for Industrial / steel buildings and office buildings

Develop concept drawings, detailed drawings, statutory approval drawings and construction drawings

Prepare Technical specifications, Bill of quantities and cost estimate

Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently

Software Proficiency - Revit, Navisworks

Exposure in BIM 360 platform and knowledge 3d model co-ordination, clash check

Working experience in US code, Euro code and Indian code detailing, standards

Well versed with General arrangement drawings preparation for RCC and steel buildings
