Job Description

  • Design and execute belonging and engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Develop programs that promote inclusion, equity, and cultural awareness
  • Lead engagement surveys, analyze data, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Organize events, workshops, and campaigns to enhance employee experience
  • Partner with HR, leadership, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to implement initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on belonging and engagement best practices
  • Track program effectiveness and provide regular reports to leadership
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve engagement strategies
  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, Organizational Development - Required
  • Master's Degree in human resources, Organizational Development - Preferred
  • 7 years of experience in DEI, employee engagement, or cultural programs.
