Job Description
- Design and execute belonging and engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Develop programs that promote inclusion, equity, and cultural awareness
- Lead engagement surveys, analyze data, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Organize events, workshops, and campaigns to enhance employee experience
- Partner with HR, leadership, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to implement initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on belonging and engagement best practices
- Track program effectiveness and provide regular reports to leadership
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve engagement strategies
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, Organizational Development - Required
- Master's Degree in human resources, Organizational Development - Preferred
- 7 years of experience in DEI, employee engagement, or cultural programs.
