Job Description

Deriv is seeking an experienced Incident Manager to lead response to critical IT incidents, coordinate bridge calls, and make informed triage decisions under pressure. You will ensure clear communication among technical teams and executives while moving toward rapid resolution.

In addition to handling incidents, you’ll drive post-incident reviews, track actions to closure, and turn incident data into actionable trends for leadership.
