The Senior Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the Business Unit strategic plan, with a strong emphasis on sales incentive design, administration, and performance reporting across Retail Branch and Business Banking. This role translates executive vision into measurable objectives, leads annual incentive plan design, and ensures effective execution through robust analytics and governance.

Primary responsibilities include

Strategic Planning & Execution

+ Translate executive strategy into clear, measurable objectives and actionable initiatives

+ Establish and manage frameworks to track performance against strategic objectives

+ Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership with clarity and precision.

+ Communicate status of execution versus strategic objectives to executive management ensuring alignment.
