ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client wants to add an experienced Senior Import Operator to their Melbourne team. With a focus on Ocean (supporting Air), the position will be responsible for all operations, including dealing with customers, costing, invoicing and transport. Experience managing all aspects of Import operations within freight forwarding is imperative. 

DUTIES
• Coordinate and monitor order management from origin through to POD/Invoicing 
• Become the single point of contact for clients
• Ensure SOPs are implemented and followed by internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work with CW1 in a paperless environment
