WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Drive discovery, demo, and design sessions with the customer’s Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management teams to understand their business needs and map them to functional requirements
  • Recommend future state workflows, challenge, and guide the customer through implementing Eightfold (eightfold.ai)
  • Act as the customer’s trusted advisor on business process evolution to drive robust outcomes and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with the talented nformal technical team to assess the feasibility of requirements and customize the solution delivered to the customer
