Pentasia is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee its Customer Support, Payments, and Fraud operations from the Melilla hub in Spain. This is a fully onsite role focused on team leadership and operational performance in a fast-paced casino environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong iGaming operations experience, fluent in Spanish and English, and be ready to manage teams to ensure service levels are met.
The role includes relocation accommodation and weekly travel to Malaga/Madrid.
