Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement and support Ping Identity solutions including PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, and PingOne MFA
- Configure and support SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC
- Support cloud IAM migration initiatives from on-prem to SaaS/cloud platforms
- Work directly with application owners and technical teams for onboarding and troubleshooting
- Support MFA implementations using PingID/PingOne MFA
- Troubleshoot authentication and API issues in L3 production environments
- Test authentication and authorization flows using REST APIs and Postman
- Support identity orchestration initiatives using PingOne DaVinci or similar tools
