Senior IDC Commissioning Engineer

Alibaba Cloud is expanding our team in Finland
We are looking for a Commissioning Engineer and be a part of the IDC engineering team in Finland. The project team is typically composed of internal teams, which include the procurement team, TPM team, and operations team.
Job responsibilities:
Responsible for IDC engineering projects, including self-built bases and leased projects, involving the formulation and breakdown of construction delivery goals, comprehensive schedule planning, quality objectives, and safety objectives.
Responsible for quality, safety, cost, and risk management during the delivery process.
Identify and discover potential risks in advance and develop corresponding resolution strategies to achieve delivery goals.
Responsible for controlling the pace of data center construction and delivery projects, from government project initiation to final acceptance and handover, managing the entire lifecycle.
