Key Responsibilities

• Application Support & Maintenance : Provide hands‑on support for the IBM i (AS400) ERP system; handle day‑to‑day maintenance activities and minor enhancements; investigate and resolve system issues, blocks, and performance‑related challenges; ensure system stability during the migration phase.
